A "Screen Service" is for screen printers that do not have the capability, or don't want to deal with the screen cleaning and burning process.
Simply drop off your used screen(s) and we will remove the old emulsion, hazed, degrease, apply new emulsion, and burn the new image(s) on to the screens.
Please remove all tape and as much ink from the screens as possible. Screens that come in absolutely filthy will not be processed.
Artwork should be print ready, if needed design assistance is available at an hourly charge.
Please be prepared to instruct placement of your images on the screen. Please advise how many inches down from the top of the screen (do not include frame), you would like the top of the image to be. Our typical placement is 3.5" - 4" down, but everyone does something a little different.
